Journey of Authorship
With effect from 1st April, 2014, The Companies Act, 2013 replaced the Companies Act, 1956 and in the year 2014, CS Milind Kasodekar and CS Shilpa Dixit were approached by the Publishing house with an offer to author books about the procedures and compliances under the Companies Act, 2013. Considering the need of the day to provide handy solutions to the Professionals on the procedures as per the new provisions under Companies Act, 2013, the Partners decided to make an attempt to author a Book. After the endless efforts for almost a year, the first Book was published in the year, 2016 in the name and style of, ‘Procedures and Compliances – A practical Approach to the Companies Act, 2013.
This First book was a successful attempt and, the Publishing house decided to bring out its updated editions thereafter. In the year 2017 CS Amogh Diwan, one of our Valued Associate, joined the team as a Co-author and collectively these three of the authors have authored more than 15 books till today.
