OUR INFRASTRUCTURE

• The office of KMDS & Associates is situated in the prime area of Pune City. Our premises admeasures about 1500 sq. ft. (floor no.3, stairs) and equipped with secure data server, conference room, discussion room, video conferencing facilities, supporting software, reference library.
• KMDS & Associates is lead by its founder partners and consists of a team of qualified company secretaries, and Trainees who are pursuing Company SecretaryCourse. We have accounts and administrative staff to support. KMDS & Associates has a network of practicing company secretaries across the states of India, to deal with local issues in most efficient manner.
• KMDS & Associates is registered with the Institute of Company Secretaries of India, ICSI House, New Delhi 110003.
• As a ‘Knowledge update” exercise we hold the meetings of our associates in the fully equipped place with the meeting facility to facilitate video conferencing.
• We believe in having the ‘one to one’ communication and are happy to welcome you at our conference facility.
